Zelenskyy’s warning: jet-drone know-how for North Korea
Ukraine’s president believes Russia may have shared its latest jet-drone technology with Pyongyang. The warning is serious; the transfer details remain unverified.
A cheerful little prospect for the ultraviolence business, droogies.
On October 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told journalists he believed Russia may have shared its latest jet-powered drone technology with North Korea, Reuters reported. Asked directly about the technology, he answered “Yes, of course.” He was less certain about ballistic technology, saying he thought Russia was sharing that too.[1]
Ukraine’s public broadcaster Suspilne also reported his account of information obtained from North Korean prisoners: soldiers had learned drone operation and defenses against electronic warfare. He warned that this combat experience could spread through North Korea’s military. Those claims remain attributed to Zelenskyy.[2]
Neither report presents evidence independently establishing a jet-drone technology transfer, a transfer date, a specific model or a quantity. Training accounts do not settle those details. Keep your gulliver on the attribution.[1][2]
If confirmed, the ugly prospect is expertise that can keep circulating long after a shipment is used up. A loyalty programme for making the next war worse. Lovely.
